(Mallorca, 1980)
I come from a family deeply rooted in the hospitality and gastronomy sectors. My grandfather served as Executive Head Chef for the former Mallorcan hotel chain Royaltur, my father worked as a Head of Reception, and my uncle was a chef. I grew up immersed in kitchens and front-of-house environments, where the values of service, discipline, and care were part of everyday life.
I began my professional journey at the age of 16 as a bellboy. From there, I moved into the restaurant sector, starting as a waiter’s assistant and progressively developing my skills across a wide range of establishments in Mallorca, Portugal, Austria, and England over the past two decades.
I hold a deep respect and passion for this profession. I see it as a noble craft—one that, when carried out with excellence, has the power to transform both those who give and those who receive.
This project emerges from both a personal and collective need: the creation of healthier, more sustainable working environments. Throughout my career, I experienced firsthand the impact of working within projects lacking clear internal management structures. The resulting stress and its consequences began to affect not only my professional performance but also my physical and mental well-being, extending into my personal life.
Over the past seven years, I have dedicated myself to observing, studying, and understanding the underlying dynamics that generate these challenges within organizations. This project is the result of that personal and professional journey—an initiative designed to foster new organizational cultures that benefit both businesses and their people. It is built on a simple yet powerful principle: collaboration creates far greater value than competition.
At its core lies a fundamental question:
Is it possible to create working environments and relationships that truly enable us to grow and collaborate in an authentic way?
